July 20, 2006, Judge Margaret Finerty appeared live on the show "Nancy Grace" on CNN Headline News as a guest legal commentator providing legal analysis in a Maryland case where a woman was set on fire and seriously injured by her husband after a District Court Judge dismissed a protective order which prohibited the husband from having contact with her. The Judge is facing misconduct charges for his actions in this and other cases.
